• Shipping within Singapore is FREE OF CHARGE. Item sent out is 100% brand new and good condition. I will NOT be responsible for lost or damage of items in the process of mailing.

I know that my customers look forward to receiving their items as quickly as possible. I take great pride in meeting my customer needs in this regard (just check out my feedback). I attempts to keep all items listed in stock and ready to ship at all times, because of this I am able to ship most orders within one business day after payment received. Orders are shipped everyday, Monday to Saturday excluding holidays. Orders that have verified payment received before 11:00pm (Singapore Time) each day are usually shipped the next business day. Due to the large number of products that I offer and the high volume of auctions I run on yahoo auction, I do occasionally run out of stock on an item. If for some reason your item is not in stock at the time of receiving the order, I will make sure I get it as soon as possible and ship your order the minute it is received. If I am out of stock on an item in your order and I am unable to get hold of it in a short period of time, I will offer a full refund of the item and ship the remaining items in your order.

I am unable to control how the package is handled after it leaves my care, I will try my very best in packaging all orders to with-stand the normal abuse packages receive during the shipping process. I will do my best to make sure your package arrives safely and in a timely manner. All items were tested and checked by me personally in 100% good working and brand new condition before sending out.

I cannot be responsible for any immediate or subsequent damage caused by the use or misuse of this product. Any product advertised or sold as “used” or “as-is” is not covered under this warranty.

The warranty period for all ORIGINAL NOKIA products in packaging is 6 months, subject to the terms and conditions of Nokia's Manufacturer's Limited Warranty available at www.nokia-asia.com.
If you found the Original Nokia products which I sold to you to be defective, please bring the defective item down to Nokia Care Center within the warranty period. DO NOT return the item to me as I will not replace or refund. And please check the compatibility of the Original Nokia products to your mobile phone before you purchase. I will not replace or refund any Original Nokia items once they are out of the packaging. This only applies to all ORIGINAL NOKIA ITEMS.
