Orders are shipped everyday, Monday to Saturday excluding holidays. Orders that have verified payment received before 11:00pm (Singapore Time) each day are usually shipped the next business day. Due to the large number of products that I offer and the high volume of auctions I run on yahoo auction, I do occasionally run out of stock on an item. If for some reason your item is not in stock at the time of receiving the order, I will make sure I get it as soon as possible and ship your order the minute it is received. If I am out of stock on an item in your order and I am unable to get hold of it in a short period of time, I will offer a full refund of the item and ship the remaining items in your order.

I am unable to control how the package is handled after it leaves my care, I will try my very best in packaging all orders to with-stand the normal abuse packages receive during the shipping process.
