- note that seller is driving, so it is not convenient to meet up at MRT Stations Control Station.
- please confirm the location before you bid, to avoid any mis-understandings.
To discourage no-show, $50 deposit to be transferred via POSB Savings prior to meet up. Balance to be paid upon COD.
