How should I measure myself? * Bust: Measure under arms around fullest part of chest. *Waist: Measure around the natural waistline (about 6" below your chest), keeping the tape comfortably loose. *Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips - about 8" below your waistline. *Inseam: Measure from the highest point on the inside of the leg to the hem. Q. Is the color of the garment exactly as I see it on my computer monitor?
A. Not necessarily. The Studio Lighting to photograph the garment is the best on the market, as is our digital camera. However, studio lighting will sometimes make colors appear slightly different than they really are (sometimes brighter or in a different shade). The settings on your computer monitor are also a factor; different monitors may show different shades for the same item. Q. Do you offer combine shipping discount?
A. Combined shipping only valid with other purchases within the same days from the first purchased. The discounted shipping rate is as shown in the "Payment & Delivery" section. Q. What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?
A. If the parcel is returned to the sender due to nobody at home to receive the parcel or the address provided is wrong, then we will notify you via email. You will be refunded the item price (not shipping/insurance). We will charge shipping again for resend item upon request of buyer. Q. Can I exchange if realize that the size is not suitable? A.
