Please take note of the following before bidding
1) I would sell to anyone as I please.
2) Please ask all questions before bidding. You can also email me at simonsim75@hotmail.com
3) Please honour your bids, negative ratings would be given to dead buyers and will be blacklisted from all my auctions.
4) Upon successful bidding, please respond upon 3 days.
5) Please refrain from asking for discounts if you buy only few items. I have quoted my best price.
6) Offers below my start price shall not be entertained.
7) Please do not bid if you cannot meet my terms and conditions.
8) The items I auction are of good to reasonable quality. ( I don't sell stuff which are spoilt / damaged unless indicated )

Terms & Conditions
a) Self collection at Ang Mo Kio hub / MRT - Cash on delivery.
b) Delivery to your doorstep would be additional S$20.00 to $40.00 depending on locations.
c) Please enquire first on delivery prices before bidding.
d) Postage Service will be using our local Singapore Post.
e) Postage handling would be inclusive of stamps, packing and handling fee.
f) Buyer to pay for postage and handling.
g) Items will only be posted out upon recieval of payment.
h) Registered Mail is recommended as it is tracked.
i) You can combine item to save postage fee.

Please take note of self collection timing.
( other timing not possible because of work / personal commitments )
a) Monday to Saturday ( Exclude Thursday ) - Anytime between 10.30am to 11.30am or After 8.45pm.
b) Thursday - Anytime between 10.30am to 5.00pm.
c) Sunday - Anytime between 10.30am to 11.30am or After 7.30pm.
d) Other timings to be at my convienience.
