Prices vary due to rarity of items, as there were no autograph session held for most albums and they are currently out of print as well.
Do also note that the more times Jay sign on the album, the more rare it is.
It is already difficult as can be to get Jay to sign on anything, what's more multiple times on the same album.
I can assure you that the rarity of the item justifies the price that you are paying and it is well worth it if you are a serious collector or fan
as it will most likely fetch a high collector's / resale value if you intend it to sell it at a later date.
