Terms & Conditions
1) All buyers are to make full payments within 3 working days and to inform merchant immediately. Full
transaction amount must be received within 3 days, otherwise item/items will be re-auctioned.
2) Money transfers or Cheque deposites via UOB / POSB / DBS banks will be accepted.
3) All cheques are to be made out to Sim Jo-lin and to be deposited at the quick cheque deposit box or
or over the bank counter.
4) Please allow ample time for the cheques to clear.

6) Merhant will make attempst to contact buyer, but if buyer does not repond within a stipulated time of
7 days, item will be re-auctioned off.
7) Items once sold, is not exhangeable or cash refundable.
8) Confirmation of Transection amount must be met otherwise transfered amount will be forfeited.
9) No discounts will be granted or entertained.
10) All buyers going overseas and have bidded for the item, please inform the Merchant in advance to
ensure that item will not be re-auctioned due to irresponsibility.
11) Buyers living overseas upon winning the bid must make full payment including shipping fees before
item / items can be mailed out.
12) All prices excludes postage fees.
13) Item / items will be packed properly with protective materials to ensure it reaches buyer intact.
14) For bulky of fragile items, self-collections will be at Kembangang MRT station only.
