1. To avoid fraud claim of lost mail, all buyers must pay extra SGN$3/order to have their parcel sent by Registered Mail (with tracking number).
If buyers insist not to use registered mail, we are not responsible for postage risk. When there is missing of mail, they can buy same or similar items with 50% off. However, they must pay $5/item for postage and $3/order (multiple items) for registered mail.
2. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you can mail it back to us within 3 days after receiving the item for exchange of other products or refund through paypal, but you have to pay SGN$5/item for postage.
3. If the item is out of stock, buyer can have full refund (through paypal only) or use the money to buy another item.
